The bed was comfortable .

I was disappointed by the lack of space in the One-Bedroom Apartment. For the amount we paid, I expected more than a cramped space where we had to maneuver around our luggage. The noise from the karaoke bar next door was unbearable on Saturday night, disrupting our sleep and relaxation.

Ideal place for 1 night with thoughtful staff at the reception desk. Early check-in and late check-out, parking close to hotel. Everything perfect. Incredible location, really close to Takutai Square. Good food in the casual restaurant in the vicinity;)))

The staff were friendly & helpfull, the location was cental for all activities in the city. we had a lovely view of the water from our apartment.

The location is ideal for accessing the

Harbour and nearby attractions easily. The spacious one-bedroom apartment provided a comfortable stay, though the noise from the open-air bar next door could get a bit loud at times. Clean rooms and great staff support.

The hotel is modern and neat, nestled in a nice building with pleasant view of the park next door. The rooms are charming little and the staff is helpful.

Nicely appointed hip new hotel, excellent views of the park. Great and stunning location in the bars around the corner, and 15 minute walk from a vast public plaza. Based just off waterside activities in one direction, cruise ship and buses and trains. Compact, modern room and welcoming staff at the reception desk. Walk-in showers in the bathroom.

Central location but loud noise at night.

The location was great as it was close to many attractions, including restaurants and shops. The building had a bustling feel, and I appreciated how I could easily reach the Aotea Centre and Auckland Art Gallery for some sightseeing. The room I stayed in was a decent size for one person and included a kitchenette that was handy for quick meals. I did have a bit of trouble with street noise late at night, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest.

The atmosphere and the kindness of staff

My partner and I enjoyed the location - very central and the view was reasonable. The room was comfortable, although the mattress had seen better days - very soft.

Being on Queen Street it was very noisy at night & you needed airplugs to dull the sound. Our room smelt damp also.

I was very impressed by the young woman who greeted us at reception. She was friendly, very helpful and understanding.

I decided to stay here because it was close to where I had a meeting, and chose it because it had four stars. I was shocked however, by the unclean, unpleasant nature of the apartment. It was filthy! Very disappointing. The room was in bad shape considering how old the building was. I have never stayed in a place with such unclean standards...not even a Backpackers!!

The room was clean and had nice amenities like kitchen facilities. I appreciated having the washer and dryer in the bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi let me work without any hassle. Plus, early checkout was a piece of cake!
